Advance Notice
Families are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or changing a stay, tour, transportation request, or care appointment.
Short-Notice Cancellations
Late cancellations may result in partial charges when hosts, staff, transportation, or special care arrangements have already been reserved.
Emergency Situations
We understand emergencies happen. The team will review urgent situations with compassion while balancing staff, host, and operational commitments.
Rescheduling
When possible, BK's Village will help families reschedule instead of cancelling, based on host home availability and care needs.
No-Shows
Missed appointments, tours, or stays without notice may be treated as late cancellations and may affect future scheduling priority.
